Cedar Gate Services, an IQVIA Business is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (.NET) to join our Research & Development department to design technical solutions to meet business requirements, oversee the development process, and ensure compliance with the US Healthcare application. 

Job Description: 

  • Write industry-standard codes   

  • Debug and fix software defects  

  • Analyze software requirements    

  • Write and execute unit tests.  

  • Provide technical support.  

  • Perform code reviews   

  • Produce / review technical documents   

  • Guide and mentor Junior Software Engineers   

  • Continuously improve software development processes and practices   

  • Perform other related tasks as necessary   

Job Specification 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. 

  • 4+ years of work experience in .NET Framework.  

  • Good knowledge of algorithms and data structure  

  • Good knowledge of design patterns  

  • Familiarity with concurrent programming  

  • Knowledge of ORM Like entity framework/dapper  

  • Experience in Javascript 

  • Experience in relational databases and schema design  

  • Hands-on software development experience in .NET MVC, ASP.NET/VB.NET, HTML5, CSS and .NET Core  

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.  

  • Troubleshooting abilities 

  • Knowledge of version control software   

  • Experience in Blazor would be a plus 

  • Experience in healthcare domain would be a plus 

Nice-to-haves:  

  • Experience working on large, highly scalable applications.  

  • Experience working with and/or designing RESTful APIs.  

  • Experience working with cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.  

  • Understanding of transport protocols including SOAP, MSMQ, FTP.  

  • Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and Microservices Architecture.  

  • Experience in NoSQL Database like Raven DB. 

  • Experience in dynamic CRM  

  • Experience in BizTalk
