.NET Developer (Cloud, Front-End & Database Proficiency)

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled and innovative .Net Developer to join our dynamic technology team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support our business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive digital transformation. Software Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET framework and .NET Core (version 3.1 or above)
• Strong understanding of C# programming language
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (preferred)
• Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) (preferred)
• Exposure to mobile, IoT, blockchain, or cloud platforms is desirable but not mandatory
• Experience with software development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, JIRA, and Confluence

Overall Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements
• Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions aligned with business needs
• Create detailed technical specifications and documentation for new features, enhancements, and APIs
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, maintainability, and best practices
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure optimal system performance
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to incorporate into existing platforms
• Support testing teams in validating and deploying software releases

Technical Skills
Programming Languages (essential):

• C# (mandatory)
• Java, Python, or Node.js (preferred for versatility)

Databases/Data Management:

• SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL (required)

Cloud Technologies:

• Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (preferred)

Frameworks and Libraries:

• ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework
• Front-end frameworks such as Angular or React (preferred)

Development Tools and Methodologies:

• Visual Studio, Git, JIRA, Confluence
• Agile, Scrum methodologies

Security Protocols:

• Basic understanding of secure coding practices and authentication/authorization mechanisms

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies
• Experience working across multiple technology platforms such as mobile, cloud, IoT, or blockchain (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work within Agile teams, participate in code reviews, and deliver high-quality code
• Experience with version control systems like Git and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Day-to-Day Activities

• Engage in daily stand-up meetings to update project status and discuss impediments
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and develop solutions
• Write, test, and deploy code, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Perform detailed code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and incorporate best practices
• Update technical documentation and specifications regularly
• Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle
• Research emerging technologies and suggest integration strategies for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or related are a plus
• Ongoing professional development in software engineering and emerging technologies
