Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical interviews and assessments specifically for .Net developer roles to evaluate candidates’ proficiency in .Net frameworks and their ability to solve complex problems using .Net technologies.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to develop interview questions that align with the specific requirements of the .Net roles and reflect current industry standards.
  • Provide comprehensive feedback and detailed evaluations of candidate performances to hiring managers, aiding in the decision-making process.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the .Net ecosystem to ensure accurate assessment of candidates' skills.

Requirements
  • Strong technical background with extensive experience in .Net technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and handle interviews with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
