Role Summary:

As a .NET Developer at Founders Workshop, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing a mature platform while driving system improvements and modernization efforts. Your work will ensure stability, performance, and scalability, while collaborating closely with our team and stakeholders to continuously deliver value. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys balancing maintenance with impactful development.

What You'll Do:Code Management and Deployments

• Manage releases and promote changes from development to production environments.

• Create deployment packages aligned with established processes.

• Review, approve, and manage pull requests in GitHub.

Maintenance and Support

• Diagnose and resolve bugs and technical issues in the platform.

• Manage support tickets and deliver effective solutions.

• Ensure system stability and oversee critical system integrations.

Development and Improvements

• Implement new features and functional enhancements.

• Lead efforts to modernize and refactor a 10+ year-old codebase.

• Optimize performance, scalability, and system reliability.

Integrations and Security

• Manage Mirth integrations to support secure medical data communication.

• Administer and optimize SQL Server databases.

• Support cybersecurity tasks, including compliance with annual audits.

Collaboration and Documentation

• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and conduct testing.

• Participate in technical discussions and team meetings to solve complex problems.

• Contribute to system documentation, architecture, and process improvements.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of professional experience working with .NET technologies.

• Strong background in SQL Server database management and optimization.

• Experienced in system maintenance, performance tuning, and legacy code modernization.

• Proactive, autonomous, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Experience working with GitHub and familiarity with deployment processes.

• Bonus: Experience in healthcare platforms or Mirth integration.
