Neonatal Physician Assistant - Phoenix, Arizona
Solara Neonatal is searching for a Neonatal Physician Assistant to join our Practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Two years of NICU experience required.

In this role, you will:
- Provide advanced, evidence-based neonatal care in Level II and Level III NICUs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making
- Contribute to program development, education, and policy implementation
- Support the training and mentorship of new and existing staff
- Engage in ongoing professional development for yourself and your colleagues
