LVN Medical Team Administrator
Location: Lee County Jail – Texas
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking an experienced and motivated LVN to step into a leadership role where clinical expertise and team support come together. As the Medical Team Administrator, you'll play a vital role in coordinating daily nursing operations while continuing to provide hands-on patient care in a secure correctional healthcare setting.

QualificationsWhat You'll Do• Deliver direct patient care while coordinating daily nursing operations
• Lead, support, and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications in line with nursing standards and correctional guidelines
• Ensure treatment plans and provider directives are followed accurately
• Respond confidently to medical concerns, emergencies, and time-sensitive situations
• Maintain compliance with State Scope of Practice and facility protocols
• Act as a key liaison between nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership
