What will you do?
As a CRM Intern, you’ll support our CRM team in developing and executing multi-channel communication campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and loyalty. You’ll gain hands-on experience in creating content and learning how to build a personalized customer experience — helping us reach people in meaningful, data-driven ways.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the CRM team in the creation and optimization of content for campaigns (emails, letters, and other communication materials);
Assisting in the planning and execution of CRM campaigns that guide customers through different stages of their journey;
Supporting stores by managing and following up on CRM-related tickets and inquiries;
Listening to customer calls at the call center to better understand customer needs, experiences, and expectations;
Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, digital, and retail to ensure consistent communication across all channels;
Participating in day-to-day CRM activities and learning about customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
