What You Will Do

  • Serve as the designated ASNT Level III authority for Visual Testing (VT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT).

  • Ability to support radiography training environments in accordance with radiation safety requirements.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods and work in lab or industrial settings as required.

What Makes Working Here Different
This role goes beyond traditional NDT Level III responsibilities by combining technical authority with instructional leadership and program development. Rather than supporting production or project based inspections, this position shapes how the next generation of nondestructive testing professionals is trained, qualified, and prepared for industry and government environments.

You will have direct influence over curriculum design, instructional quality, and compliance with complex codes and customer requirements, while mentoring instructors and engaging with evolving technologies and standards. The work is mission driven, education focused, and impact oriented, offering the opportunity to apply deep technical expertise in a setting where quality, consistency, and long term workforce readiness matter most.
