Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare through technology? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Change & Release Manager to join our team, supporting the UK's NHS National Breast Screening Services.
As a Change & Release Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating our delivery teams, particularly within Development and QA. Your expertise in matrix management will be essential in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and the continuous improvement of our services.
What you'll do:
- Lead and coordinate delivery teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Plan, organise, and manage projects with precision and efficiency.
- Oversee ITIL disciplines, including Incident, Problem, Change, SLA, Release Management, and CSI.
- Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Foster excellent relationships and lead by example to inspire your team.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Proven experience in matrix management, leading and coordinating delivery teams, particularly within Development and QA.
- Expert planning, organisational, and project management skills.
- ITIL Foundation certification as a minimum, with Change Manager level preferred.
- Expertise in managing ITIL disciplines such as Incident, Problem, Change, SLA, Release Management, and CSI.
- Proven influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, leading by example.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and DevOps.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Healthcare sector experience, particularly in Breast or Cancer Screening programmes.
