Role: SAP BW/HANA + Native HANA Technical Lead
Experience: 8–12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on work in SAP BW/HANA and Native HANA programs.
- Drive projects with the cross vendor team from technology governance, architecture perspectives
- Review solution design, technical standards, and implementation quality.
- Troubleshoot and optimize HANA performance and data processing.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- SAP BW/HANA and Native HANA hands-on expertise.
- Good understanding of SQLScript, modeling, and performance tuning.
- Ability to stay hands-on while also handling governance and architecture discussions.
- Cloud exposure SAP Datasphere migration to Azure, with cloud exposure around 30%.
Good to Have:
- SAP SD module knowledge.
- Basic domain understanding.
