About the role

Purpose of the Role

Executes a customer strategy that drives sustainable growth, ensures we deliver on our financial targets, and continuously working on identifying future opportunities, aligning cross-functional resources, and creating shared value for both the customer and the business.

You will be responsible for

  •  Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and win-win outcomes.
  • Develop and execute customer-focused commercial plans based on market, customer, and competitor insights.
  • Lead customer negotiations and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyse sales promotions and competitor activities to maximize business performance.
  • Manage trade investment effectively to deliver strong ROI and customer value.
  • Use market data (e.g. Nielsen, GfK) to develop customer propositions and support decision-making.
  • Oversee forecasting, order management, SKU administration, and trade spend processes with high attention to detail.
 
About You
  • University degree (or equivalent), ideally in business administration/economics.  
  • +5 years’ strong experience in sales and negotiation, preferably in an FMCG environment and with German retailers  
  • Multi level negotiation (regional, national, international for NKAM)  
  • Positive energy, solution oriented, self-confident in own area, strong team player, committed to own development, pro-active, structured way of working, strong analytical skills 
  • Fluent in German and English required
