Overview of the Role

  • C.A. Fortune is seeking an energetic and hard-working professional to join their CA Support team. The National Sales Support Team Lead position is an integral part of the team, providing support to both the Client and our internal Sales teams. In this role, the team member is expected to support the sales team with administrative tasks, which include but are not limited to people management, mentorship, promotions submissions, sales presentations, client business reviews, data manipulation and preparation, customer forms, and customer system maintenance. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a collaborative mindset!   
  • Open to fully remote but if local to Chicago, IL (within a 1 hour commute) will observe a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office)
  • Hourly range: $25.00/ hr- $28.00 /hr based on experience, qualifications and skills. This is a non-exempt role. 
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%) – i.e. industry trade shows, client national sales meetings, & or any other events that would be warranted; all other travel is within assigned market (automobile)

What You’ll do at C.A. Fortune

  • Lead a small team of National Sales Support Specialist. 
  • Fill out customer paperwork as requested, such as new item forms, cost change forms, etc  
  • Complete, submit, and maintain promotional paperwork for assigned customers with accuracy  
  • Work closely with Client and C.A. Fortune teams to ensure that products and pricing are correct on customer paperwork  
  • Maintain Sharepoint integrity and keep files organized  
  • Collaborate with Client and C.A. Fortune teams to ensure internal data is up to date and accurate  
  • Complete other tasks and paperwork as assigned  

What You Should Bring to the Table

  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency  
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills  
  • At least 2-5 years in a support administrative role  
  • Strong attention to detail   
  • Must be resourceful and be willing to search to find the information  
  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone skills  
  • Willing to work in a team or independently  
  • 1WorldSync and/or DemandTec experience

You Will Stand Out if You Have 

  • Promotional contract experience   
  • Prior experience leading a team
  • You have extensive experience in CPG  
  • You have experience working with grocery retailers
