As a National Hospitality Director (Signature Events & Experiences), you will lead the charge in orchestrating exceptional events that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that capture new business opportunities and promote the firm's services. Your role will involve leveraging market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns to engage clients and achieve organizational targets.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and inspire others to follow. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring future leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, creating a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Leading the strategic planning and execution of signature events and experiences to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
- Developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that align with the firm's strategic goals and drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cohesive event marketing strategies and validate brand consistency
- Managing event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships to deliver seamless and impactful experiences
- Utilizing digital marketing and creative design skills to craft compelling campaign messaging and promotional materials
- Analyzing market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing event offerings and client satisfaction
- Overseeing event health and safety protocols to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all participants
- Mentoring and guiding team members to foster professional growth and cultivate leadership potential within the organization
- Promoting technological advancements and innovative practices to optimize event management processes and outcomes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business development and brand management initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
