Emodo is the leading CTV-first programmatic advertising platform empowering media buyers, publishers and distributors to improve video ad revenue through intelligent and transparent programmatic technology. Emodo pioneered AI-powered, dynamic creative for the open web; first in native and then in CTV. We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to architect, package, and scale differentiated programmatic advertising solutions that unlock meaningful growth for OneMagnify and Emodo. This role will operate as a high impact player/coach crafting market ready offerings that integrate Emodo’s proprietary assets with external tech, data, and inventory partners. The role requires a combination of GTM strategy, solution design, commercial acumen, and innovation leadership.
This is not a media buyer role. It is a high leverage investment in growth building solutions that unlock new revenue and scale our presence in the programmatic media ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architect & Package Integrated Programmatic Solutions
Design differentiated offerings by combining Emodo’s unique CTV/native inventory with third party DSPs, audience data, and contextual tech.
Lead the development of sellable packages (e.g., AI powered Native CTV bundles, performance driven PMPs, verticalized full funnel solutions).
Create Deal IDs and commercial constructs that are execution ready.
Ensure “hands on keyboard” feasibility for each offering.
2. Drive New Business & Partner with Sales
Collaborate closely with a dedicated programmatic seller to pursue high growth agency and brand direct accounts.
Serve as a senior strategist in key client meetings translating technical advantages into commercial outcomes.
Co own pipeline creation and deal strategy to drive net new programmatic volume.
3. Lead Agile Innovation & GTM Activation
Launch and run a cross functional “innovation lab” to prototype and test new solutions with 90 day cycles.
Partner with external SSPs, DSPs, data partners, and creative platforms to stitch together differentiated, scalable solutions.
Generate new collateral, pitch materials, playbooks, and internal enablement sessions.
4. Maintain Market Relevance
Stay ahead of trends in identity, data, measurement, and media buying behaviors.
Constantly refine offerings based on buyer feedback and pilot learnings.
Operate as the connective tissue between Emodo and OneMagnify, bridging capabilities and client value.
Ideal Candidate Profile
8–12+ years in programmatic media, ideally with experience across SSP, DSP, data, and/or agency strategy.
Proven track record in building go to market ready media products or solutions.
Strong understanding of media supply mechanics, CTV/native performance, and contextual/AI ad tech.
Comfortable operating cross functionally with product, sales, and external partners.
Executive presence with the ability to translate tech into business value.
Key Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
Launch 2–3 integrated programmatic solutions with full GTM support materials.
Secure 2–3 pilot clients with $100K–$250K initial spend to validate market fit.
Build a $4M+ pipeline of qualified programmatic opportunities.
Train internal sales/client teams on new solution frameworks.
