Provides sales and service assistance to National Account customer by telephone calls regarding orders, discrepancies or delays in receipt of product orders or service. Verify customer order information to ensure accuracy. Determine method to resolve problems and execute end result. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company records and account number. Document and inform Supervisor of errors in price, product description, unit packing, product availability, delivery or service. Maintain knowledge of vendor products and supplied information.

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrate customer service, good organization and communication skills. Strong problem solving capabilities. Able to pass ten key test.
