Job Description
The National Account Manager will be the front-line seller who drives sales and identifies and generates opportunities with Resideo customers. In this role, the selected candidate will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations with our National Security Accounts, Private Equity, and Best Practice groups. You will provide education of Resideo product through presentations while maintaining reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends based on customer feedback and provide forecast/demand input. You will drive business growth by discovering new opportunities, clients, and customers and deliver value by forging new strategic relationships. You will grow your knowledge of Resideo products in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will live in the central US.
JOB DUTIES:
- Visit customer accounts routinely based on needs and opportunities.
- Attend internal and external events as needed, including trade shows, seminars, and other events.
- Support Resideo campaign management.
- Participate in routine customer reporting to leadership.
- Learn Resideo product functionality.
- Support overall customer account management.
TRAVEL: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time needed.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Experience in developing customer relationships through attending trade shows, seminars, and similar events.

- The typical base salary for this role ranges from USD $87,600 - $152,400 per year but varies by specific work location. For example, the base salary for this role in Melville, NY is $100,740 to $175,260 per year and New York, NY it is $105,120 to $182,880. Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
- You are eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). This incentive is considered variable incentive pay. You can earn an annual sales incentive which is expressed as a percentage (60%) of your annual salary. This amount will be prorated based on your hire date. Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100% of your variable incentive pay. However, overdriving those targets will enable you to increase your variable incentive pay for the SIP performance period.
