The National Account Sales Director will be responsible for all elements of driving growth and further developing GE Appliances’ partnership with Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. In this role, the candidate must leverage their experience and industry knowledge to drive sales growth and maximize profitability. The National Account Sales Director will be responsible for fostering effective relationships with the Ferguson Home Sales teams, as well as the Facilities Supply team. How You'll Create Possibilities
Responsibilities:

Execute and deliver sales & margin budget goals through collaboration with the HQ, Field and Direct Sales teams

Successfully develop and manage relationships within all levels of customer’s organization

Identify business opportunities; develop and present sales growth strategies for appliances and other adjacent/supporting products

Provide "Voice of Customer" to internal functions, including product management, marketing, fulfillment/supply chain, customer service, finance

Execute administrative tasks/programs to meet internal and external deadlines
-
Collaborate with Ferguson HQ/Field teams on all merchandising, marketing and training activities

Lead integration discussions related to ECommerce systems and data sharing opportunities
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
-
Minimum 10 years of appliance sales experience
-
Job will require ~40% travel time, depending home location

Contract sales experience (builder/distributor)

Strong leader with the ability to expand relationships and influence all levels within internal/external organizations, driving action across multi-functional teams

Proven negotiation skills with ability to develop/execute effective sales programs

Strong order/ship/bill process knowledge, detail oriented, excellent prioritization skills

Self-starter, able to work independently and manage multiple/diverse tasks

Demonstrates strong influencing skills to all levels of the organization.
