Our National Accounts Consultants are a critical piece of our clients’ businesses because the phone is so critical to their own success. They own and execute retention and growth strategies for key  enterprise accounts within their portfolio and are responsible for implementing and delivering our software-as-a-service solutions to help improve processes.  What you'll do:

  • Execute client retention and revenue growth strategies for enterprise accounts within your portfolio
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to implement artificial intelligence software solutions at all levels of customer organizations (Dealers)
  • Collaborate with teams across Car Wars departments to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Develop detailed project plans and tracking against milestones
  • Manage executive level communications and presentations to client accounts
  • Develop and earn a high degree of trust with key contacts within client base

Requirements

 Our ideal candidates: 

  • Are professionals with 3-5 years of customer or prospect-facing experience
  • Have a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Automotive preferred
  • Thrive as an independent and proactive problem solver
  • Have a willingness for client-based travel up to 50% (10-12 business days / month)
  • Communicate effectively across various audiences including presentation skills
  • Have a curiosity and interest in solving our toughest challenges
  • Are obsessed with the details but able to see the big picture of a project

Skills Required

  • 3-5 years of customer or prospect-facing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Automotive preferred
