Nanny/House Manager

Full-Time, Live-Out

End Date: This family is seeking a long-term nanny!

Location: Frisco, TX 75072

Schedule: The family is happy to guarantee 40-50 hours/week and seek occasional late evening and weekend availability. 

Typical Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. and 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm

Pets: N/A

Children: 2- year old and 3 Year old. The two boys love outdoor play in the garden, juicing, swimming, and hands-on Montessori-style activities. They are eager to continue achieving learning milestones and create lasting memories with their new nanny! 

Allergies: The family has not discovered any allergies just yet.

Mom is a relaxed, social butterfly who enjoys the flexibility of her remote profession in Dallas, NYC, and LA. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, catching up with friends, and spending time with her family. 

Dad is a dedicated family man. He stays busy during off season and enjoys traveling, philanthropy, and spending quality time with his family!

Their Ideal Nanny: This laid-back, appreciative family seeks a proactive, autonomous, knowledgeable, engaging nanny to join their parenting team! They seek a nanny ideally bilingual in French and English who is professional, nurturing, and versed in childcare and child development. A collaborative team player who grows to become part of the family and works hand-in-hand with the parents to continue raising two stellar little ones! 

Their ideal nanny is engaging, loving, creative, and creates an interactive environment for their child that stimulates her overall growth and development. The nanny plans and implements a wealth of fun, hands-on activities that help prepare their fine motor, gross, cognitive, emotional and social skills. You can turn everyday experiences into learning opportunities with ease! They seek a nanny familiar with healthy lifestyle habits, low tox ingredients, and conscious food choices. Utilizing the child led approach, and paying attention to the uniqueness of each child. The nanny is firm yet gentle in curbing unwanted behavior and can effectively communicate why an action is undesirable. 

The family spends time in Dallas during basketball season and seeks a nanny to accompany them. Their ideal nanny is also happy to travel with them domestically and internationally for 3 months at a time and when needed.
 

Their nanny will be required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement. Experience with High Profile/High Net Worth families is a bonus!

Job Summary: Provide exceptional care for their little ones and engage them in holistic, hands-on play and education-based creative activities. Facilitate all child-care-related duties, including laundry, closet organization, upkeeping of the play areas, and any other areas used throughout the day. Bath time, nap, and sleep routine. Occasional light household assistance if time permits. 

Responsibilities include:

• Children’s Laundry
• Creating and maintaining routines
• Creating and maintaining learning/play schedule
• Room cleaning and organizing
• Cooking and meal preparation
• Potty training
• Travel packing
• Transportation to activities
• Fluent in a second language

Their ideal nanny can expect to accompany and drive their little ones to and from extracurricular activities when requested by the family.

Rate: $35 - $40/hour. Flexible for the perfect fit. 

• Guaranteed Pay – 40 hours/week
• Paid Time Off – 10 days or 80 hours
• Paid Sick Leave – 5 days or 40 hours 
• Paid Holidays – 8 paid holidays
