Digital Turbine is looking for a North American Brand Revenue Lead to join our global demand team. In this role, you will be a commercial leader responsible for driving the overall brand strategy for our North American Brand advertisers across Digital Turbine’s suite of products.

 

This role consists of leading Digital Turbine’s North American client solutions management and ad ops team, driving Programmatic go to market strategies, packaging Managed Service offerings, and delivering best in class revenue activations. This requires collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technical Operations and Creative teams. The ideal candidate is a leader who is customer oriented, dives deep into data to understand the issues, and drives swift resolution by working effectively with cross-functional teams. We are looking for an individual who enjoys leading a fast-paced team, is excited by the challenges of this role, and wants to make their mark in this incredibly dynamic market.

The goal is to grow our partnerships with core advertising partners and deliver superior values to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our North American client solutions and ad ops teams
  • Develop a close partnership with our direct sales team, leading strategic initiatives that will help grow the account.
  • Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers - both internal and external
  • Develop and implement day-to-day processes for various functions
  • Be available to provide best-in-class customer service to key clients
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and partners to gather and exchange insights on best practices for programmatic-driven buying strategies
  • Provide regular reporting on status of key milestones and objectives in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
  • Be available to joining new business pitches to close prospective clients when necessary

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Ad Tech, with multiple years of experience in Mobile and programmatic buying platforms.
  • Strong technical, operational, strategic backgrounds preferred; 5+ years of leading a team
  • Solid analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal communication and ability to construct efficient communication flows
  • An exceptionally motivated person with a strong bias for action and a passion for getting things done
  • Ability to build and shape a world class brand team
  • An innovative, creative problem-solver with a customer-service oriented mind-set
  • Extremely well organized, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously
