PWS Title: N6/IT Data & Equipment Manager III

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Maintains updated Outlook distribution lists on networks.
- Maintains updated security group lists on networks.
- Provides assistance in submitting Consolidated Service Desk (CSD) requests for command.
- Reviews and process network account requests for command personnel.
- Manages and provides assistance and recommendations to command’s SharePoint portals.
- Assists in establishing command N6/IT helpdesk.
- Assists in maintaining continuity for commands once established.
- Assists and performs as N6/IT SME for command projects and IT related inquiries.
- Assists in the creation and management of Power Apps and Power BI.
- Assists and troubleshoots command VTC equipment.
- Assists in routine quantitative and qualitative methods to collect data, identify problems, and improve command support effectiveness and initiatives.
- Assists in performing routine quantitative and qualitative methods to leverage data as a strategic asset to support performance and decision making, improve transparency, spur innovation and learning, and promote accountability.
- Conducts basic research and data analysis. assignments consisting of data analytical problems of a procedural or factual nature.
- Develop routine narrative reports and/or fact sheets on technical, process, policy or organizational problems based on command system data.
- Preferred prior experience in NSW/SOCOM network structure and function.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Office programs.
- Must complete, maintain training and certification requirements for network access.
- Current Security+ Certification. Maintenance of certification and/or recertification is not financial responsibility of NSW.
- Preferred working Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 or 2016.
- Experience in analytical program/tools, such as, Microsoft Excel, Database platforms
- Experience applying analytical, evaluative methods and techniques to issues and studies concerning efficiency and effectiveness of a command and its support activities.
- Experience relating data analysis methodology and using presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) to effectively communicate results in routine or unusual reports.
- Experience transforming raw data into finished products via importing a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex files.
- Must meet the requirements to obtain and check out government vehicles / CESE for use in their official duties.
Skills Required
- Active Secret clearance
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and database platforms
- Experience applying analytical and evaluative methods to assess organizational efficiency and support activities
- Experience using presentation software (Microsoft Office Suite) to communicate analysis results
- Experience transforming raw data from various information systems and large complex files
