Core Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Director and Events team.
- Be punctual, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Assist wherever needed and uphold all company policies.
- Support mid- to high-level executives in business development tasks.
- The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the Marketing Director by managing the operational backbone of marketing initiatives including campaign timelines, ticketing setup, reporting, and internal coordination. This role ensures marketing launches, events, and promotions run smoothly, on time, and with accuracy.
Marketing Operations
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and launch schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between marketing, events, talent, and operations
- Build and maintain trackers, decks, and internal documentation
- Support budget tracking, invoices, vendor coordination, and approvals
- Assist in preparing recap reports, performance summaries, and internal updates
Ticketing & On-Sale Management
- Set up and manage ticketing platforms (on-sales, tiers, promo codes, comps)
- Coordinate ticket on-sale timelines with content and events teams
Event & Campaign Support
- Support marketing execution for shows, activations, and special events
- Ensure all assets, links, and materials are live and accurate before launch
- Act as a point person for internal operational questions related to marketing
Content & Creative
- Design graphics and event assets; assist with photoshoots.
- Write social copy for Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Research digital trends and top-performing tagged content; act quickly on emerging trends.
- Build and execute social media strategy based on competitive research, audience insights, and platform benchmarks.
- Maintain the content and events calendar.
- Submit monthly performance and engagement reports.
- Work with artists to maintain brand authenticity.
Events
- Assist with events, activations, and projects.
- Produce post-event reports with data, attendee feedback, and recommendations.
- Work with the DL events team to promote shows and updates.
- Digital Platforms: Dreamland Website, App, Social Media, other Marketing Platforms - Audience Republic, TIXR, BIT
- Keep the event calendar updated; showcase past events; promote merch, f&b.
- Stay aligned with DL Malibu, RIDE, Nashville and any other store locations in need of assistance.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in the music industry
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple timelines and priorities at once
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Google Sheets, Docs, Slides & Gmail.
- Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut.
