About the team:

• Profile is a modern, real-time, multi-currency, deposit, and loan core banking system. We are looking to grow the Profile Development Team. FIS is actively pursuing new core banking sales opportunities globally. As a global solution currently live in close to 30 countries worldwide. Profile has been identified as a go-to-market core solution by both LFI and our International business capable of helping continue to win new business for FIS all over the world.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.   
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (i.e., agile, waterfall, iterative, and other modern approaches to software development).
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through user stories, use cases, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
• Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise with other resources · Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
• Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience working with PSL/MUMPS/CACHE technologies.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and best practices in implementation.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Should have worked on Agile delivery models and understood the SDLC delivery framework well.
• Expertise in the Banking Domain with specialization in Core Banking & Internet Banking.

Nice to haves:

• SQL,Oracle,Java/J2EE, Spring Framework skills.
• Hardworking and possess the experience required to develop and analyze banking products.

Qualifications -

• A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
