Multipurpose Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a reliable Multipurpose Associate who is concerned with customer satisfaction. A Multipurpose Associate will focus on picking and packing grocery items for orders, and ensuring the correct items are packed in a safe and timely manner. You will also be delivering orders and ensure that this is done while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should be willing to work as part of a team and closely alongside other businesses to ensure orders are picked, packed and safely delivered to the correct client.

To succeed in this role as a Multipurpose Associate you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to provide our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring the orders are properly fulfilled, committed to working safely and passionate about satisfying clients.

Note that the candidate must drive his/her own car for this role or be willing to use our Bento e-Bikes (electric bicycle)

Multipurpose Associate Responsibilities:

• Pull and pack products and groceries based on daily orders.
• Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Attention to detail to ensure that orders include all items when packing.
• A keen eye to monitor product quality when packing.
• Loading, transporting, and delivering orders to clients in a safe, timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that is complete and the customer is satisfied.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
  

Delivery Requirements:

• Being safety conscious.
• Able to work during weekends and holidays.
• Flexible to work different hours, including evenings.
• Able to use an app.
• Clean Police record.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.

The incumbent must have the following skills, core competencies and experience:

• Must be Caymanian, RERC, or Permanent Resident.
• High School Diploma.
• Valid driver's license.
• Delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Amazing communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Routinely carry items weighing up to 50lbs.
  
• Walking/Standing for extended periods up to 40mins.
• Ascend/Descend stairs in order to perform task associated with the role.
• Stooping, kneeling and bending in order to cary out your duties.

Working Conditions:

• Work hours: regular 45-hour work week. Must be able to work flexible hours according to business operation hours, including shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, weekends, public holidays, and overtime as needed.
