Position Overview:

BLN24 is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a versatile Multimedia Specialist to support the development of dynamic, high-impact digital content across platforms. This role blends creative production with emerging technologies, including agentic AI, to deliver engaging visual and multimedia assets that support strategic communications, marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind a camera, inside an editing suite, and experimenting with AI-driven content workflows, with an eye toward scaling content across channels and elevating executive visibility.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and edit multimedia content, including video, motion graphics, animations, and digital assets for web, social, and executive communications 
  • Lead end-to-end video production (concepting, scripting, filming, editing, post-production) 
  • Develop content supporting thought leadership campaigns, executive visibility, and event promotion, including interviews, explainers, and recap videos 
  • Design multimedia assets optimized for social channels, YouTube, web, and presentations, with a focus on multi-channel distribution 
  • Integrate agentic AI tools and workflows to enhance content creation, automate production steps, and scale outputs 
  • Build AI-enhanced content pipelines (e.g., transforming long-form content into short-form video, social clips, and graphics) 
  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, and subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into compelling visual content 
  • Create branded templates and reusable multimedia assets to support ongoing campaigns 
  • Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility (e.g., Section 508), brand, and quality standards 
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI-generated media, video production, and digital storytelling

Required Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in multimedia production, digital content creation, or related field 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, motion graphics, and digital design 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent 
  • Experience producing content for social and digital platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) 
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., generative video, image, or content tools) 
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical or complex topics into accessible content 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with agentic AI systems, including multi-step workflows, prompt chaining, or automation tools 
  • Familiarity with video production equipment (lighting, audio, camera operation) 
  • Experience supporting federal, public sector, or regulated environments 
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508 compliance for multimedia) 
  • Basic animation or motion design experience
