Our company is looking for a Multimedia producer/editor who is a hands-on creative professional responsible for evolving the visual aesthetic and storytelling direction of our multimedia content. This role emphasizes technical expertise and innovation to produce engaging videos that elevate Digital Aviation Solutions brand across internal and external platforms. The multimedia producer/editor works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provides creative and technical guidance to ensure all multimedia projects meet the highest standards of quality and impact. The position will be located in

Englewood CO, Hybrid 3 days a week in office.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Art direction, storyboarding, and editing of video content for B2B marketing of complex SAAS software, including explainer videos, demonstration videos, recorded webinars, sizzle reels, customer case studies, and short form content  
  • Contribute to visual design consistency across digital platforms, following industry trends and innovations, and provide visual guidance on design critiques and reviews  
  • Audio editing and sound design skills, with an ability to balance and enhance soundtracks, dialogue, and sound effects for optimal quality 
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video production, including hardware, software, or file-related concerns 
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing, and growth marketing teams on the best video type and style, script development, and how video can help meet campaign goals and strategy execution 
  • Work with subject matter experts to determine the best way to reach a specific audience and break down complex topics into digestible content. 
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and integrate feedback. 
  • Coordinate production with external agencies for more complicated or advanced projects  
  • Research and incorporate emerging trends and technologies to enhance multimedia storytelling. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. 
  • Contribute as needed to other communications and design projects.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  

  • 5+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including branding, marketing, and internal communication videos 
  • Experience with a variety of video production and editing software 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable receiving feedback from stakeholders and working within cross-functional teams to bring video content to life 
  • Thorough knowledge of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and best practices for video compression and export for platforms like YouTube and social media 
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition, with solid working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for creating and enhancing visuals and sound 
  • Passion for the aviation industry and improving aviation safety and sustainability  
  • Experience in a B2B enterprise software environment is highly desired, including collaboration with sales, product marketing, content marketing, and growth/field marketing teams in a dynamic environment  
  • Strong ability to craft compelling narratives, evoke interest from the audience, and deliver technical information in a way that increases audience engagement and builds brand trust

Summary Pay Range: $124,950.00-$169,050.00
