Job Details – What You’ll Do

As a creative, strategic and hands-on Multimedia Producer, you’ll turn complex ideas into clear, visually compelling content for frontline colleagues, people managers and senior leaders. Working with Communications, leaders and business partners, you’ll manage multimedia projects from initial brief through production, publication and measurement, and support the production of live and hybrid events.

As a valued member of the NACO Communications team, you will:

  • Bring stories to life: Lead end-to-end production of video and multimedia content, including concept development, research, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, approvals, publication and archiving.
  • Create engaging colleague experiences: Produce executive videos, colleague stories, campaign content, motion graphics, animations, presentations, digital signage, graphics and social-style content.
  • Deliver professional productions: Plan and execute shoots, including production schedules, location selection, interview preparation, camera operation, lighting, audio capture and direction of on-camera participants.
  • Support NACO forums and events: Produce multimedia content and provide production support for Town Halls, leadership calls, conferences and other live or hybrid forums in partnership with events and colleague experience teams.
  • Advise and collaborate: Provide creative direction and practical recommendations to leaders and partners on storytelling, format, channel, accessibility and audience experience.
  • Manage projects and quality: Balance multiple requests, set clear timelines, coordinate approvals and ensure every asset is accurate, accessible, brand-aligned, risk-aware and ready for its intended platform.
  • Build sustainable practices: Maintain equipment, files and asset libraries, and develop reusable templates, production trackers, toolkits and self-service resources.
  • Learn and improve: Use results and feedback to strengthen content and workflows, while staying current on production practices, emerging tools and responsible uses of AI.
Where You’ll Work

This is a primarily onsite role based in Toronto, Ontario. You’ll regularly work from TD offices, studios and event venues to support filming, production, collaboration and live events. Occasional travel within Canada and, where required, to the United States may be needed. Some early morning, evening or extended hours may be required for live events, filming and time-sensitive production.
