Role Description:
The Multimedia Content Creator is responsible for designing and managing engaging visual content for both internal and external use. This role plays a key part in strengthening our employer brand and supporting HR-related projects through creative multimedia. A Multimedia Content Creator is someone full of ideas, with a sharp eye for visuals and a genuine passion for storytelling.
This is a full-time, in-house position (not freelance), and final-year students are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Create visual content like posters, banners, infographics, photos, and videos for different platforms (internal channels and social media)
- Ensure brand alignment by producing content that reflects our tone, values, and target audience
- Manage our media library—keep all multimedia files organized and updated
- Post regularly on internal screens, physical posters, and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Support multimedia projects from start to finish—help plan, create, and deliver final materials
- Stay current with new trends in video, photo, and design tools
Requirements:
- Experience in creating and managing visual content
- Good knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design and video editing software
- Ability to work on your own, take initiative, and solve problems as they arise
- Skills in photography and videography are a plus
- Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Team player who understands the basics of project management
- Proficiency in Latvian and good English language skills are required for working with software and developing solutions tailored for international audiences and users
