POSITION OVERVIEW
As part of the Marketing Team under the Business Development Organization in Payreto, Visual Communications Associate / Multimedia Designer will work on bringing to life complex concepts that Payreto and the Business Development team will be working with. He / she should have the analytical ability to understand topics and creative ability to turn these topics into meaningful media assets. He / she will work on varying tasks ranging from logo design, UI/UX design, branding, presentation, creation of digital materials, video production, animation, etc.. The chosen candidate must be comfortable in doing regular design work up to developing design ideas that communicate complex business development projects.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Design and Layout
- Assist in creating visual concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements (online / print).
- Prepare layouts and design elements for digital platforms, such as social media posts, banners, and email campaigns.
- Propose new logos, graphic concepts, illustration, presentations, etc. that help communicate company’s messages or brand.
- Help with UI / UX design including development of wireframes for websites or other projects that might require UI / UX design.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all materials.
- Collaborate with Business Development (BizDev) Team and other stakeholders to execute brand updates and refreshes.
- Propose new brand ideas to help communicate the company's messages.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Asset Creation
- Develop and edit graphics, illustrations, and other design elements as required.
- Resize and optimize assets for various platforms (web, print, and mobile).
- Retouch and manipulate images, company assets, and logos.
- Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Video / Animation Production
- Plan, shoot videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and website content.
- Create engaging animations and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and website content.
- Incorporate interactive elements into multimedia projects.
Additional Duties
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques.
- Present ideas and inspiration to improve existing design strategies.
- Maintain organized files and archives of design projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of design tasks under tight deadlines.
- Be prepared to handle multiple projects simultaneously and pivot between priorities when required.
- Perform other tasks as instructed by the hiring manager.
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts (communication arts), or a related field.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma (or other similar solutions), Experience with animation software (e.g., After Effects) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro).
- Basic understanding of web design principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
