Job Description
In this compelling leadership role, you will be responsible for driving customer network development, strengthening customer relationships, and leading customer support and engagement activities. You will also provide strategic and operational leadership for the team, partnering with executives and business leaders to establish priorities, coordinate activities, and ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives.

The Multifamily Customer Engagement and Partner Management - Senior Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise, industry best practices, and strategic recommendations to leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Lead the development and management of customer relationships across business units and customer accounts, with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes.
- Identify and engage executives, managers, and team members to strengthen and support customer relationships.
- Provide strategic direction to teams in promoting Fannie Mae products and services, supporting access to affordable financing opportunities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop the strategic direction and priorities for operational activities.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experience
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in the secondary mortgage market.
Demonstrates curiosity and adaptability by learning and responsibly applying new techniques, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work
Desired Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; Master’s degree preferred.
