Job Description
As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise the team on methods and processes for overseeing customer network development and customer support activities, as well as supporting customer engagement opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, managing, or coordinating operational activities for the team with the help of executives and staff managers.

- Build strong relationships with multifamily owners and DUS lenders by helping to customize financing strategies and delivering best‑in‑class customer service
- Partner with credit, legal, capital markets, risk, and servicing teams to structure transactions that balance mission and market objectives with sound credit principles
- Advise team on promoting and selling Fannie Mae's products and services to make sure people across the country have access to affordable financing opportunities
- Provide support for operational activities
- Provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations to the team
- Some travel is required
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experience
- 6 years multifamily commercial real estate experience
- Experience in multifamily agency lending (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, or bank portfolio lending)
- Demonstrated experience independently managing loan transactions
- Curiosity and adaptability learning and responsibly applying new techniques, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work
Desired Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Multifamily and DUS/GSE loan production experience
- Demonstrated relationship management skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, strong client relationship management, and ability to offer solutions to complex issues
- Demonstrated ability to work under specific deadlines in a fast paced, results driven environment
