SMX is seeking a Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME). As a MDO you will coordinate with the ARNG and its strategic partners to provide Multi-Domain Intelligence expertise, consulting, and support. The ideal candidate will work with the client on the transformation of ARNG legacy concepts, equipment, operations, training, and readiness to meet the Army 2030 and beyond MDO and Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO) requirements. The SME will also enable intelligence system sustainability, integration, and interoperability to the Intelligence Enterprise and MI cyberspace requirements for the ARNG and mission partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with ARNG G-2 leadership for multi-domain intelligence modernization
- Support, integrate transformation efforts supporting MDO requirements and MDO range planning and develop, implement, and integrate multidomain intelligence support
- Provide guidance, management, policy translation, intelligence operations, and curriculum support, to include supporting the establishment of ARNG multi-domain intelligence ranges
- Provide SME capability to ARNG MI Modernization to transition legacy systems to new systems and sustainment to meet LSCO and MDO requirements to ensure readiness and interoperability
- Collect best practices of multi-domain intelligence reach, develop a repository of reference information, and communicate the lessons learned to the ARNG
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 or more years’ experience in Intelligence Analysis, Intelligence Operations, Cyber Operations, Intelligence Collection, or Intelligence Exploitation
- 2 or more years’ experience in support of the US Army Multi-Domain Task Force, Multi-Domain Effects Battalion or experience with the US Army intelligence, information, cyber, electromagnetic warfare, and space capabilities (I2CEWS)
- 5 or more years’ experience conducting joint exercise support or intelligence capabilities development, training and doctrine
- Required security clearance: TS/SCI
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with Intelligence data management and analytic software programs
- Experience with US Army Military Intelligence IT architecture, infrastructure, hardware, software
- Experience with US Army Military Intelligence security program, to include PERSEC, INFOSECT, physical security, and SSO duties
- Experience preparing and briefing senior US Army leaders at the GO/FO level

The proposed salary for this position is:
$121,000—$201,600 USD
