Key job tasks

• Develop and drive a multichannel engagement (MCE) strategy and roadmap to deliver superior customer engagements.
• Support execution of key MCE projects in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams.
• Measure MCE performance and impact to improve customer understanding.
• Develop insights on customer preferences and generate ideas/projects to improve customer engagements.

Qualifications
Need to have:

• Proven experience in project/program management, particularly in commercial project management.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Expertise in financial management and risk assessment.
• Ability to plan, organise, and control resources, procedures, and timing for business processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to measure performance and develop actionable insights.

Nice to have:

• Experience in sales force effectiveness and training.
• Knowledge in business intelligence and strategic partnerships.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes.
