About the Role:  

 

You will be responsible for driving the product backlog and technical solution for the MT Enterprise App to Cloud team based on business priorities and features as defined by working with the Business stakeholders, EITP Technology Manager, and the broader EDI architecture and delivery leadership.  

 

What You’ll Do: 

 

  • Liaison between the business stakeholders, customer onboarding and the technical teams 

  • Work closely with the stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog of features and user stories. 

  • Be accountable for owning the backlog and prioritization for development team to execute 

  • Collaborate with EDI ecosystem across business, engineering, architecture, and platform teams to define the features that address the business needs. 

  • Define and develop user stories and acceptance criteria utilizing EITP & EDI Architect and team input. 

  • Advise scrum teams on how to divide engineering effort into meaningful chunks to warrant working solution delivery in increments. 

  • Conduct team level planning and prioritize team backlog, in consideration of business needs and engineering feasibility. 

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the end-to-end OTC solutions both from a business and engineering standpoint. 

  • Advise scrum team members on how to balance conflicting priorities in a fast-paced evolving environment. 

 

 

What We’re Looking For:  

 

Minimum Requirements:  Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience

 

Education:   

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics (or similar), or related field.  

  

Business Experience / Training:  

 

  • Strong Agile mindset and experience to lead scrum teams for delivering technology solutions in small increments. 

  • Strong stakeholder management across business and engineering in a fast-paced evolving environment. 

  • Structured approach for tool and solution options analysis. 

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate tangible value  

  • Expertise in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in managing expectations and in communicating changes. 

  • Experience in actively managing and resolving risks and impediments to improve team performance in meeting the goals. 

  • Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership and mindset, and helps team embrace SAFe Principles and implement practices. 

  • Facilitates the team's progress towards its goals by helping them to challenge the status quo, while focusing on delivering the iteration goals and the program increment objectives. 

  • Leads the team thru relentless improvement by effectively facilitating retrospectives. 

  • Facilitates agile meetings at set cadence, where the team members and shared services collaborates and communicates and emerges as a self-organized team. 

 

Critical Skills/Experience: 

  • Scaled Agile Framework SAFe Agilist (SA) certification for Product Manager / Product Owner 

  • Experience with technology standards - B2B, EAI, EDI, AS2, Axway, ITXA, Java 

  • Proficient in Agile delivery tools such as JIRA. 

  • Ability to document process flow diagrams  and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 

  • Grounded in servant leadership and a lean agile mindset, Excel at coordinating with teams to manage dependencies while thriving in a fun, fast-paced environment.

  • Energetic and passionate self-starter that brings interpersonal skills and creative problem solving to the team. 

  • Ability to learn and implement new technologies and processes with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Supports building quality in by understanding the security, SOX, compliance and regulatory needs; helps team deliver on the definition of done.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$111,800 - $186,300
