Job Title: MSSP Lead 

Experience Range: 7+ Years

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode) 

We are seeking a skilled and driven MSSP Lead to join our team. This role is vital for ensuring the effective delivery of managed security services, maintaining IT infrastructure, and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cybersecurity, SASE technologies, and operational excellence to support our clients and organizational goals. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. 

• IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity: Oversee and maintain IT systems, enforce security protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards. 

• SASE Experience: Implement and manage Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions to enhance security and connectivity for clients. 

• KPI Setup and Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators, monitor progress, and report on service outcomes regularly. 

• Solution-Oriented Approach: Identify challenges and deliver effective solutions to meet client and organizational needs. 

• Independent Work: Operate autonomously, manage priorities, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision. 

• Client Administration: Handle client onboarding, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery. 

• Security Monitoring and Threat Management: Conduct ongoing monitoring for cyber threats, analyze security incidents, and coordinate timely response actions in line with MSSP operations. 

• Incident Response: Lead and participate in incident response activities, continuously improving readiness and response procedures for managed security services. 

• Continuous Process Improvement: Work to enhance MSSP processes and optimize client satisfaction through feedback and operational refinement. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity operations. 

• Hands-on experience with SASE platforms and technologies. 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies and environments. 

• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on resolving issues efficiently. 

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 

• Experience in setting up, tracking, and reporting on KPIs. 

• Familiarity with client administration and service delivery best practices. 

• Expertise in MSSP operations, including security monitoring, threat management, incident response, and regulatory compliance. 

• Strong knowledge of security best practices relevant to managed security services. 

• Proven client engagement skills, with experience in offering tailored security solutions and maintaining ongoing relationships.
