Job Description
Project – the aim you'll have
As a Software Minder, you’ll join a project for one of our Dutch clients – a company that provides highly secure and reliable IT environments for public institutions and leading businesses in the Netherlands. You’ll work as part of an international, agile team of engineers (Polish and Dutch), maintaining and developing secure IT ecosystems.
Position – how you’ll contribute
You’ll join the team as a Windows Engineer, supporting the delivery, optimization and maintenance of Windows systems (on-premise and Azure) for a small but diverse group of enterprise customers. Each environment is unique – and your responsibility will be to ensure all systems run smoothly, securely and meet client-specific needs.
- Handle support issues and incident tickets via ServiceNow
- Participate in design, implementation and migration projects related to Windows infrastructure
- Work closely with customers to understand their goals, issues, and suggest solutions
- Analyze, troubleshoot and ensure high availability of enterprise systems
Qualifications
Expectations – the experience you need:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Windows Engineer in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2016+
- Familiarity with Azure and Palo Alto (ITIL-driven environments is a plus)
- Understanding of network environments and SSL certificate management
- Ability to work independently and within a distributed team
- Strong communication skills in English
- A professional, solution-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership
