Job Description:

The MSL/Sir MSL, Hematology, Japan supports the execution of BeiGene Japan medical activities in the field. MSL/Sir MSL identify scientific opportunities to partner with external expert and generate insights to enhance BeiGene’s medical plan. MSL/Sir MSL is required to combine their clinical expertise with strong business acumen and presentation skills to serve as key channel of information for KOLs through scientific exchange.
Responsibilities:
• Identify KOLs based on their scientific level and level of influence, also next generation KOLs.
• Provide scientific information and discuss with KOLs based on their needs and aligned with medical plan
• Execute the field engagement plan and support business objectives, such as Advisory Board meetings, external/internal educational meetings, Scientific Conference, Speaker Program, etc., and ensure its successful implementation.
• Through discussion with KOLs and other Health Care Practitioner, collect important clinical needs and questions and consolidate those to key insights for medical plan
• Coordinate the collection and reporting of consolidated KOL and key account insights for the hematologic area to support the development of medical strategies.
• When we get IIS request, discuss with investigators about their IIS protocol whether it is aligned with BeiGene Medical Plan. And if it is aligned, provide BeiGene IIS process information and coordinate for them to apply it appropriately, and support them with other medical team members.
• Provide medical support to cross functions on emerging clinical/scientific teams and opportunities to internal stakeholders. • Works in a compliant manner and contributes to the culture of the wider team in up-skilling compliance skills.
Qualification Required:
Education Required:
• Must have an undergraduate degree in Science or pharmacology Master’s in science or PhD preferred
Qualifications:
• Experience in Pahrma industry in Clinical Development, Safety Department or Research Experience more than 3 years
▪ Ability to synthesize recent scientific information, analyze them within strategic and regulatory settings.
▪ Proven ability to work independently as well as in networks including with internal and external stakeholders.
▪ Ability to partner and maintain relationships within the medical community
▪ Excellent communication, presentation skills.
▪ Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally.
