Job Description:
We are looking for a MS Dynamics 365 F&O DevOps Engineer responsible for managing deployments, environments, and the Azure ecosystem supporting the customer.
This role is critical to ensure stability, reliability, and smooth delivery of releases across D365 and its integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Release Management
Plan and manage D365 F&O releases (Microsoft updates + custom deployments)
Coordinate deployments across environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD)
Ensure release quality and rollback strategies
Work closely with development and testing teams
Azure Administration
Administer Azure services related to D365 ecosystem
Monitor system performance, availability, and security
Manage integrations infrastructure (.NET, APIs, services)
Optimize cloud resources and costs
DevOps & Environment Management
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
Manage environment configurations and lifecycle
Ensure compliance with best practices and governance
Support & Continuous Improvement
Troubleshoot production issues related to deployments or infrastructure
Implement monitoring and alerting solutions
Contribute to platform evolution and scalability
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in:
D365 F&O environment management or release management
Azure administration
Strong expertise in:
Azure (App Services, Azure DevOps, monitoring tools, networking basics)
CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Experience managing D365 environments and updates
Knowledge of .NET-based integrations
Understanding of platform architecture and dependencies
Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (strong plus):
Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
Azure DevOps Engineer (AZ-400)
Degree in IT, Cloud Computing, or related field
Nice to Have
Experience in public sector and/or tax systems
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted DevOps
Experience with large and complex ERP ecosystems
