Analyze and document requirements using BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
Ensure clarity, completeness, and traceability of business requirements through the delivery lifecycle.
Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams.
- Work across one or more insurance lines.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance processes
Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure business needs are translated into workable solutions.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews).
Support UAT activities, including test case review, defect triage, and business sign-off.
Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered functionality.
Identify process gaps and recommend automation or optimization opportunities.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts.
Contribute to organization-wide standards, templates, and best practices for business analysis
