Job Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize sourcing strategies for MRO materials and services, balancing global and local options.
- Conduct market research and evaluate suppliers, technologies, and trends to identify potential partners and risks.
- Issue RFQs, analyze bids, and select vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Perform supplier assessments, manage risk profiles, and negotiate favorable contractual terms.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up on delays, ensuring timely receipt of materials.
- Support suppliers by addressing issues, claims, and coordinating returns or refunds as needed.
- Establish, administer, and maintain vendor contracts and documentation in systems like SharePoint.
- Review invoices for accuracy, facilitate payments, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Who we are looking for
- High School Diploma / GED
- Completed technical/commercial studies with business knowledge or completed commercial training
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- SAP skills , MRP knowledge / experience
Your preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree In Logistics / Master's degree
- Experience in Automotive Industry (2 years), Manufacturing Industry (5 years)
- High level of problem-solving skills, assertiveness and resilience
- Occasional willingness to travel
