Infor XA AMS resource
- Provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to independently formulate action plans to resolve complex business requirements
- Shape and adhere to development standards and IT best practices
- Extensive experience in designing, coding, testing, implementing and maintaining Infor XA Modules.
- Create and maintain documentation for code and/or configuration throughout the software life cycle.
- Must understand and conceptualize applications from both a technical/programming perspective and a business point of view
- Self-motivated and have ability to resolve technical challenges with minimal supervision
- The associate possesses working knowledge of the skill, and can actively and independently apply this skill in engagements and projects
- Should be flexible to work in shifts
Technical Skill set Required:
- Domain Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Strong understanding of the ERP – Infor XA (previously called Mapics)
- Should have excellent understanding of following Infor XA Module – CAS , EPDM/PDM, IM , MRP , PUR, PMC & PCC
- Infor XA Powerlink knowledge
- Infor XA Link Manager Knowledge
- Infor XA System Link Experience
- Infor XA Client link knowledge
- Expertise in PCM upgrades and PTF installations will be added advantage
- AS400/RPGLE/SQL knowledge
- Experience in job schedulers available in AS400/iSeries system.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
