- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve emerging issues related to U-Box services.
- Use creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to develop effective and actionable solutions.
- Lead and manage difficult conversations as needed to drive progress and resolve conflicts.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and the broader organization.
- Report, document, and escalate bugs, issues, or concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls regarding U-Box services, including disputes and escalated concerns.
- Assist in creating engaging content for Moving Help, including newsletters, videos, and other communication materials.
- Lead and contribute to special projects assigned, including U-Haul Military Moves.
Compensation
$45,000-$55,000/annually depending on qualifications
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage time-sensitive challenges.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Moving Help, U-Box, or related services is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate high-pressure situations.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying solutions and driving continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in customer service or operational support is a plus.
