We’re looking for a Motorsport Manager who lives and breathes racing culture, understands the competitive esports landscape, and knows how to build a winning strategy both on and off the track. You’ll be the key driver behind team performance, brand partnerships, and audience engagement in our motorsport and gaming initiatives. 

With a deep understanding of racing dynamics and digital fandoms, you’ll lead the charge in managing and crafting compelling content and creating standout experiences for fans and sponsors alike. 

• Drive Team Presence: Develop and execute communication strategies that showcase the team's personality, performance, and progress. Create compelling narratives around races, drivers, and key moments to strengthen fan connection and brand impact in the virtual motorsport arena. 
• Grow the Brand: Build and manage the identity of the esports team, aligning it with LOOP’s creative vision and the motorsport community’s expectations. 
• Drive Sponsorships: Secure and maintain partnerships with brands, creating meaningful activations that boost visibility and revenue. 
• Curate Content: Collaborate with content creators to deliver engaging, high-energy content across platforms, from behind-the-scenes to highlight reels. 
• Engage the Community: Foster a loyal fanbase by running social campaigns, live streams, and interactive events that deepen audience connection. 
• Track Industry Trends: Stay on top of developments in both motorsport and esports, identifying opportunities to innovate and stay competitive. 
• Support Internal Operations: Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, the client and the sim racing team to align on logistics, scheduling, and key updates, ensuring consistent brand communication and smooth collaboration.
