We are seeking a talented and innovative Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative multimedia team. As an Animator and creative Video expert, you will produce captivating animations and compelling visual narratives for promotional videos, corporate communications, brand marketing campaigns, social media channels, and high-impact digital advertising, supporting our extensive portfolio of over 5,000 global clients.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with marketing strategists, graphic designers, and content creators, leveraging your exceptional storytelling skills, animation proficiency, and advanced technical knowledge to translate scripts, concepts, and ideas into visually engaging, story-driven multimedia experiences.

• Develop and produce visually compelling motion graphics and animations for promotional content, explainer videos, corporate presentations, brand marketing videos, social media animations, and digital advertising campaigns.
  
• Assist with creative storyboarding, concept development, and animatic creation, visualizing scripts clearly and effectively, from initial concept to finished animation.
  
• Employ advanced skills in 2D and 3D animation, character animation, kinetic typography, visual effects (VFX), compositing, and interactive media to deliver dynamic, brand-aligned visual storytelling.
  
• Create engaging, informative, and high-quality videos optimized for audience retention, brand awareness, and conversion-driven content.
  
• Utilize industry-standard software tools, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Blender, to achieve sophisticated visual effects and polished animation outcomes.
  
• Ensure all animation content aligns with client branding guidelines, graphic design principles, and visual identity standards, including thoughtful consideration of color theory, graphic storytelling techniques, and narrative coherence.
  
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to interpret creative briefs, execute revisions, incorporate feedback, and deliver final projects within strict deadlines and high-quality standards.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Specialist, Animator, Motion Designer, Multimedia Animator, or Visual Effects Artist.
  
• Proficient in industry-leading animation and video software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), and experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender).
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, character animation, typography animation, visual effects, video editing, and visual storytelling.
  
• Exceptional knowledge of graphic design principles, color theory, compositing techniques, and visual communication best practices.
  
• Excellent organizational, collaborative, and creative problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering quality content under tight deadlines.
  
• Strong storytelling skills with an ability to visually engage audiences, enhancing message clarity and audience impact through innovative and professional animations.
  

• Location: Makati office, collaborating closely with global teams in San Diego, London, and Bacolod.
  
• Work Setup: Onsite, with multiple shift options to support 24/7 operations.
  
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a desk and computer for prolonged periods. Comfortable with phone/video communication.
