Phase 3 Productions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can craft compelling motion graphics and edit high-quality video content for a variety of projects, including corporate events, live sports, entertainment productions, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling and technical expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
Key Responsibilities:Motion Graphics & Animation:
- Design and create dynamic motion graphics and animations for event branding, digital content, and promotional videos.
- Develop visual assets, including lower thirds, intro sequences, transitions, and title animations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually engaging motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Utilize 2D and 3D animation techniques to enhance video content.
- Edit video content to produce polished final products, incorporating motion graphics, color grading, and audio design.
- Organize and manage video assets to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
- Apply advanced editing techniques such as masking, compositing, and kinetic typography to elevate video projects.
- Export and optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, broadcast, and web distribution.
- Ensure consistency in design, animation, and branding across all video content.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to editing software and graphic design tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics and video production.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion design and editing expertise.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and compositing techniques.
- Experience in creating motion graphics for live events, broadcast productions, and digital platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Knowledge of live streaming graphics and broadcast motion design.
- Creative storytelling abilities with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
