THE ROLE: Motion Graphics Artist (Temporary) - Project Based
3PPW Project Based, 1000 hour Freelance, per year, non-exempt, remote
Schedule: M – F, 9 – 5.30P or 11.30 – 8P Eastern Time
This Motion Graphics Artist temp role focuses on essential tasks such as toolkit quality control and versioning, while supporting creative requests as needed. Combining technical skills with a creative mindset, this role provides valuable contributions to the team and offers opportunities for learning, growth, and meaningful impact on the creative process. Will report to Manager of Motion Graphics Operations.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide essential support by handling toolkit QCs, credits, versioning, and social formats, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of motion graphics elements, animations, and visual effects that align with project goals and uphold brand standards.
- Be able to take ownership of supporting creative tasks that strengthen capabilities and pave the way for larger responsibilities.
- Ensure consistent organization, asset management, and naming conventions across systems to enable smooth collaboration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics software to achieve professional results.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Show strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to incorporate AI tools to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support creative ideation.
- Maintain a commitment to professional growth through continuous learning and skill development.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented team culture
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in the industry preferred.
- A compelling demo reel demonstrating motion graphics work.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3D design is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and techniques.
- Be receptive to using AI in ways that improve efficiency and spark new design approaches.

CompensationContract Hourly Pay Rate: $50.00
The pay rate displayed serves as a good faith estimate for this role.
