Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics & Video Editor with a strong foundation in graphic design and a passion for visual storytelling. The role will focus on creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, video content, and digital creatives for marketing, branding, social media, advertising, and corporate communications.
The ideal candidate should combine strong creative thinking with technical expertise and be able to take projects from concept and visual development through editing, animation, and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, digital campaigns, marketing, and brand communication.
- Edit and produce reels, promotional videos, advertisements, product videos, campaign films, and corporate content.
- Develop 2D animations, kinetic typography, animated titles, transitions, visual effects, and compositing.
- Transform static designs and creative concepts into dynamic motion-based content.
- Create supporting social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, presentations, and digital marketing assets.
- Work with creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, reference materials, and brand guidelines to develop effective visual solutions.
- Handle video editing, compositing, basic color correction, audio synchronization, sound effects, and visual effects.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, composition, color, and visual language across all creative outputs.
- Adapt content for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and digital specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Stay updated with motion design, video, social media, AI, and emerging creative trends.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of creativity, quality, and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Motion Graphics, Animation, and Video Editing.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, transitions, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Strong foundation in graphic design, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Experience with video compositing, basic VFX, color correction, audio synchronization, and sound design.
- Ability to translate concepts, scripts, storyboards, and static designs into compelling visual content.
- Understanding of content requirements for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media, branding, or corporate communications is preferred.
- A strong portfolio or motion graphics/video showreel is required.
