We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer Associate to join our Creative Team, bringing stories to life through engaging 2D and/or 3D animations. You will work closely with Marketing PMs, copywriters, designers, and the UED team, ensuring high-quality, user-centered visual content that aligns with our brand and campaign objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Create dynamic 2D/3D motion graphics and animations for the DANA App and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animations aligned with campaign needs.
- Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining creativity and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the visual direction of campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels.
Requirements:
- Background in Animation or Motion Graphics (2D mandatory, 3D is a plus).
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in fintech or tech companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing animation and design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (priority tools); Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly (fluent English not required, but must understand and convey messages during discussions).
- A collaborative, proactive, and growth-driven mindset.
