We're looking for a Motion Designer to bring Littlebird's brand to life across every channel we publish on. You'll own the motion side of our marketing output - from campaign creative and paid social ads to product videos, branded video elements, and animated assets for the website.
You obsess over craft. Your work looks premium, your animations are tight, and you have a natural eye for what makes content stop a scroll. You're equally at home in After Effects as you are in Figma, and your portfolio spans both motion and static work.
You're already using AI tools to move faster and punch above your weight creatively. We're an AI company, and we expect our creative team to be on the edge of what's possible with these tools. We lean heavily on performance creative to grow, so we want someone who's excited to learn what makes people convert, not just look good.
- At least 2 years of professional motion design experience
- A strong portfolio that spans motion and static work
- Proficiency in video editing software and design tools like Illustrator and Figma
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, async environment

The base pay range for this role is $100,000 – $160,000 per year.
