SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES
Timely and accurate initial and subsequent provision of mortgage real estate disclosures to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, corporate, agency and investor salability expectations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Produce and maintain production reporting to ensure timely initial disclosure of Out of Footprint and DPA 2nd loans.
- Monitor Retail production pipeline for necessity of regulatory re-disclosure.
- Prepare and provide accurate re-disclosures as dictated by change in circumstance on Retail pipeline.
- Maintain high level production to meet established turn times while ensuring consistency and accuracy of disclosures.
- Validate and input accurate data into Retail loan origination system.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of document images in appropriate systems.
- Develop and maintain high level customer service.
- Create effective relationships and communication with teammates and partners.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or greater.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years Secondary first mortgage origination support.Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Ability to interpret legal and regulatory directives in an atmosphere of constant change; complete knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and process flow, Agency and GSE requirements; high level user skills with mortgage origination systems software; capacity to build and manage reports to monitor daily tasks and production; knowledge of PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES
Required annual compliance training.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered.
TRAVEL
Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
